Dr. JudyRabinor Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist, author, consultant and psychotherapist who specializes in the treatment of eating and body image disorders.
This workshop focuses on reconnecting with the true sense of self, which may have become lost in the face of your loved one’s eating disorder.
"36:24:36" (segments from the theatrical play) is based on the real life struggles of its 7 writer/actors with body image, food, exercise, and eating disorders. Using both comedy and drama, "36” exposes “in a powerful and honest way…that eating disorders are not about the food….and beautifully illustrates the pain, devastation, depression, isolation, secrecy, and myopia that unfolds through the struggle.” -Jodi Rubin, ACSW, LCSW
Bill Skerker, LCSW-R, ACSW.
This workshop discusses with men on how to create a core value system within families and relationships, as well as how men can identify inherent concrete tools to offer support to loved ones. How education begins at home, emotionally, intellectually, and philosophically.
What type of eater are you and how does your eating style impact your ability to take care of yourself? Together we’ll take time to look at what we eat on a daily basis, as well as why, when, how, and where we eat. You’ll walk out of this seminar with simple and practical suggestions to help you better nourish your body, heart, and soul on a daily basis.
